Step 01- Login to your eDistrict Account

First of all, log in to your eDistrict Account with your ID and Password.

Step 02- Select Cast, Income, or Domicile Option

Now click on the document for which you want to apply in New Cast, Income, or Domicile.

Due to this a window will open in front of you in a new tab where you are asked for your Aadhaar number.

First of all, enter your Aadhaar Number fill in the given Captcha / Security Code, and submit by ticking the check box.

Now a new window will open in front of you where you will be asked for OTP, write your OTP, and submit it.

In this way, you can do your Aadhar KYC very easily so that you can fill out the form.

Step 03- Fill in your Basic Details

First of all, you select Urban and Rural, whether you are from a rural area or an urban area.

Name- After this, your name will be filled in Hindi and English below.

Father Name- You can fill in the father’s name in Hindi or English.

Mother Name- You can also fill in the mother’s name in Hindi or English.

Address- First of all, your house number has to be written in the address, if there is no house number then you can write 0 there.

You can complete your address by selecting the police station and tehsil.

Mobile No- Always fill in your active mobile number only, so that when your form is submitted, you will get a message and when your document is ready / approved, you will also get a message, so that you will know that your certificate has been created. Is.

Document Upload- Now you have to upload your documents like-

• Photo- You have to upload a passport-size photo.
• Self Declaration- You will upload your Self Declaration. If you want the format of Self Declaration, then download it, print it, fill it, and scan it.
• Aadhar Card- Upload the photocopy of the Aadhar Card in which both the Front Side and Back Side of the Aadhar are in the same image.

After filling out the form, fill in the given captcha code and submit the form. When your form is submitted, then make payment and forward your form, so that your form is forwarded to the Tahsildar and after checking your details and documents, he will approve or reject your application.

When your application is approved, you can download it and print it and if it is rejected, you will be given a reason why your application has been rejected.
